Following the huge success of last October’s TECHNO ESSENTIALS, which featured special guests SPACE 92 and GREG DOWNEY, the event is back for its highly anticipated second edition.
This time, the lineup is even more impressive, headlined by “Victor Ruiz,” the revolutionary figure of the global techno scene, and “KEN ISHII,” the treasure of the Japanese techno scene, alongside “Indecent Noise,” “Tao Andra,” and many other global artists!

DJ and producer Victor Ruiz, whose roots lie in Brazilian rock and trance, has taken the world by storm with a sound that fuses peak-time melodic techno with psychedelic grooves and emotional depth. In addition to releases on the world’s top labels—including Drumcode, Noir Music, Suara, and mau5trap—he has also created remixes for legends such as deadmau5, Stephan Bodzin, and Moby. He has set dance floors ablaze worldwide with his edits of legendary tracks such as The Prodigy’s “Breathe,” Depeche Mode’s “Everything Counts,” and Massive Attack’s “Teardrop,” and continues to headline festivals like Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Time Warp, and Awakenings. His own label, Volta Records, ranked fourth in global Beatport techno label sales in its inaugural year.

Taking on Victor Ruiz is KEN ISHII, known as the “Techno God of the East.” He debuted in 1993 on Belgium’s prestigious R&S Records and reached No. 1 on the UK NME Techno Chart. The music video for his single “Extra” won MTV’s Dance Video of the Year, and he cemented his status as the world’s best techno DJ at the 2004 DJ Awards—a true treasure of the Japanese techno scene. He continues to evolve today, with appearances at Tomorrowland, the creation of the full soundtrack for the Netflix anime “Yakitori,” “TECHNOH LAB.”—a fusion of techno and the traditional performing art of Noh—and a performance in front of over 12,000 people at the Osaka Kansai Expo.

Adding even more intensity to the night is Indecent Noise, hailing from Warsaw, Poland. He has taken the world by storm with his energetic live sets that blend rave, acid, techno, and trance, and has released tracks on global labels such as Armada, Future Sound of Egypt, Outburst, Subculture, and Grotesque. They have been consistently commissioned for remixes by top artists such as Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz, and Solarstone, have conquered the world’s premier festivals including Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Burning Man, and A State of Trance, and their own label, Mental Asylum Records, boasts over 100 releases.

And let’s not forget Tao Andra. His track “Gracias a la Vida,” released on Victor Ruiz’s Volta Records, was played by Indira Paganotto on the Tomorrowland Main Stage, sending shockwaves through dance floors worldwide, and his latest release, “Rave In Progress,” also on Volta, delivers another peak-time banger.

Supporting this stellar lineup is RYOHEI, whose evolution shows no signs of stopping: he performs alongside top domestic and international artists as a resident of the “NEURON” party series at WOMB, has launched his own label, ONE’S MUSIC RECORDINGS, and has appeared on the ULTRA JAPAN RESISTANCE STAGE.

Joining them as VJ is H2KGRAPHICS, who has built a track record on the world’s premier stages—including VJ performances at ULTRA JAPAN’s MAIN STAGE and RESISTANCE STAGE, visual production for Danny Tenagli’s world tour, and handling the tour visuals for ERIC PRYDZ JAPAN TOUR 2023—and will complete the night with a breathtaking visual experience where sound and imagery fuse.
