Here are some of the frequently asked questions and their answers.

  • I am under the age of 20. Can I enter the venue?

    For events held during the normal club hours, you must be 20 years or older to be admitted. You must present your ID at the entrance, so make sure to bring a photo ID. Some events, such as live concerts, that are held during the daytime may admit minors, so check the event page for details.

  • Do I need to have an admission ticket?

    You may opt to pay the at-door price at the entrance to enter the venue. (*There may be some exceptions depending on the event)
    The price indicated as “DOOR” on the event page is the at-door price for the event. Make sure to check the event page in advance.

  • Where can I purchase an advance ticket?

    You can purchase an advance ticket online. (*There may be some exceptions depending on the event) On the “Event Schedule,” select and click on the event for which you would like to purchase an advance ticket. A various purchase destination buttons for “TICKET” button will be displayed if advance tickets are available for the event. Click on the button to proceed to the purchase process.

  • What should I bring for the ID check?

    Bring your driver’s license, passport, or Basic Resident Registration Card. If you are using an ID, such as a health insurance card, which does not have your head-shot photo, you will also need to present another ID, such as a student ID card, an employee ID card, or a credit card that has both your name and a head-shot photo on it.

  • Is there a dress code?

    There is no special dress code. Please come in your own fashion. If the staff judges that your attire is too inappropriate for a public event, we may decline your request. (Tank tops, sleeveless dresses, sandals, etc.)We may also decline flip-flops in consideration of the risk of injury or accident to our guests.In addition, if you are drunk or verbally abusive to our staff, we will not allow you to enter the restaurant,We reserve the right to refuse entry to any patrons who are intoxicated or who verbally abuse our staff.

  • Can I bring food and beverages into the venue?

    No, you can’t.

  • Are there any other things that I can't bring into the venue besides food and beverages?

    You cannot bring cameras or recording devices into the venue, so you need to leave them in a coin-operated locker before entering the venue. Also, dangerous goods, weapons, and drugs are absolutely prohibited.

  • Who should I contact if I have lost or forgotten something?

    On the day of the event, please contact the staff at the entrance during the event. For inquiries after the event, please call the Lost and Found hotline.

  • Do you accept credit card or e-money payments?

    ZEROTOKYO is a cashless entertainment facility (except for coin-operated lockers).
    We do not accept cash payments.
    Make sure to have your credit card, e-money, or payment QR code ready.
